CSHS CREW

SIGN UP

• CSHS Crew is open to EVERYONE and not limited to the current session players.
• Sign up to help set up and/or clean up on league day at CSHS.
• Register on the PlayPass form weekly.
• Spots are limited and sign up is required.
• During online sign up, crew members will make a $10 fully refundable deposit.

HOW TO QUALIFY

• Crew Deposit balance at $40 or more qualifies the player for pre-registration at a future CSHS League or SWAC tournament.
• If you do not qualify for pre-registration at the end of a session, your Crew Deposit balance will roll forward to the next CSHS League session.
• Crew Deposits do not expire and can be refunded by request.

TIME TO WORK

• Please review CSHS Court Set Up and identify your Lead before arrival.
• Set Up Crew – arrives at CSHS gym at 2:45 p.m. and check in with Nicole and your Lead.
• Clean Up Crew – check in with Rosina and your lead after your last game, and plan to stay until 6:00 p.m.

IMPORTANT:  You must check in with Nicole/Rosina so we can check you off on the Crew list. Otherwise your $10 deposit will be refunded and will not count towards pre-registration prerequisite.

NOTE:  If you arrive late after set up is done, or leave before clean up is completed, your deposit will be refunded and will not count towards pre-registration prerequisite.

OTHER PERKS

• CSHS Crew members can warm up after set up is completed!
• Non-crew members will be allowed in the gym for general player warm up after CSHS Crew completed set up.
